QUALITY STANDARDS
According to the specifications for CBOT SRW Wheat traded on the CBOT Exchange.
SRW Wheat is divided into two grades: Grade 1 and Grade 2. Wheat with moisture content exceeding 13.5% will not be accepted for delivery. The details for Grade 1 and Grade 2 wheat are described in the table below:
